FFMS Parent/ Guardian Chromebook Request Survey

If your child does not have a Chromebook and you would like get one for them, please click HERE to complete the required survey. Please allow 24-48 hours after survey completion for the delivery of the Chromebook/ charger to your child.

Chromebook Protective Cases (Optional) 

To help your child's chromebook remain in good condition from daily wear and tear, we recommend parents purchase a protective case. To purchase a protective case, please click HERE. 

Billing Information 

In the event you receive a bill for your child's lost or damaged chromebook, your balance can be paid in one of the following ways: 

  • MySchoolBucks (under the school store tab and the featured item called Technology Damaged or Lost Fees)
  • Personal check (made payable to the Clarkstown Central School)- mail checks to:

Once your payment has been received and processed your child will be provided a chromebook to take to and from school daily again.
