MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL SPORTS: (Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Football, Field Hockey, Boys Volleyball, Girls Volleyball, Girls Tennis)

FALL REGISTRATION LINK OPEN - AUGUST 7th: 

REGISTRATION LINK CLOSING - September 18th

For anyone having issues - Parents need to go into their email (the email they registered with) and verify the information.  Once that is done they should be able to register their child for a specific fall sport.

The link is a consent/permission to play and MUST be completed and signed by a parent or guardian

The information you submit will be automatically sent to the school nurse who will review as part of the medical clearance--please proofread before you submit
